Refund & Cancellation Policy
REFUND POLICY
• If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria for exchange, we will provide a replacement piece.
• If the replacement is unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued to the registered email used during purchase.
• Credit Notes are valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
• Credit Notes can be redeemed online or at any Gypsy Boho store in New Delhi, India.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Products purchased during sale or discount periods are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products bought before a sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.
• Store purchases cannot be exchanged or returned online, and online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in stores.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY–RELATED REFUND CONDITIONS
• No refunds will be issued if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided by the customer.
• No refunds will be issued if there are three failed delivery attempts by the shipping partner or if the package is refused by the recipient.
• For international orders, no refund will be issued if the customer refuses to pay customs duties and fails to collect the parcel.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
• Please ensure the package received is in good condition and has not been tampered with.
• If the package appears damaged:
- Retain all original packaging, including tags, invoices, labels, and accessories.
- Write “Received Damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Contact our customer care team with photographs and order details.
SALE ORDERS
• For sale-related terms, refer to our Sale T&C’s.
• All items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
