1. General Shipping Information
We dispatch all domestic and international orders through our trusted network of registered courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are indicated on the product description page of each item.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
• Domestic (India): 5–7 working days
• International: 10–15 working days
(Timelines may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.)
Please Note:
• Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are non-working days.
• For policies during promotional or sale periods, refer to our Sale Terms & Conditions.
• For expedited shipping or special delivery requests, please contact our customer care team before placing your order.
2. Domestic Shipping
Shipping & Delivery:
• Complimentary shipping on all orders ₹3,000 and above.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹299 applies to orders below ₹3,000.
• All orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout.
• Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Important Note:
• Free shipping does not apply to furniture and chandeliers.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on destination and product type.
• Address changes must be communicated before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be rerouted.
3. International Shipping

Duties & Taxes:
• Duties/taxes are not included in product prices.
• These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.
• The shipping carrier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) will issue a separate invoice at delivery.
Customs Documentation:
• Any documentation required for clearance must be provided by the customer.
• If documents are not submitted, resulting in delivery denial or failure, Gypsy Boho is not liable for refunds or compensation.
Delivery Failure:
• International orders are not eligible for cancellations, returns, exchanges (including size exchanges), refunds or credit notes.
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability/refusal, the shipment will be considered abandoned and no refund will apply.
Dispatch Timelines:
• Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Noida.
• Customs-related delays, if any, are beyond our control.
