Returns & Exchange Policy

Gypsy Boho is committed to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and customer care. Every order is prepared with great attention to detail. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our exchange guidelines below.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE
• Gypsy Boho Apparel is eligible for size exchanges within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
• Home products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if received damaged. Please photograph the defect immediately upon opening.
• Items purchased during promotional sales or at discounted prices are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
• All customised pieces and special bulk orders are final sale and not valid for return or exchange.
• All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All online gift purchases are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Contact Us (Within 48 Hours)
• If your order qualifies for an exchange, contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.

• Email: kladzinternational@yahoo.com 
• For damaged items: include order number, transaction date, delivery address, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
• For size exchanges: share original size purchased, sizing issue, and preferred replacement size.
• Our team will respond within 2 working days with next steps.

2. Incase of a Quality Issue or Defect
• Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, and any accessories received.
• A complimentary reverse pick-up will be arranged from the address mentioned on the invoice.
• After the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
• If approved, a replacement piece will be shipped as per standard delivery timelines.
• If the replacement is unavailable, a Credit Note for the full value of the damaged item will be issued.
• Credit Notes can be redeemed online or in-store.

3. Incase of a Garment Size Exchange
• Repack the garment with all original packaging and documentation.
• Ship the product back to the address below. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

• After the item reaches our warehouse and clears inspection, and once the replacement shipping charges have been paid, a fresh piece will be dispatched.
• If a replacement is unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued for the value of the product after deducting initial shipping charges.
• Credit Notes can be used online or in-store.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Size exchanges are allowed only for the same style originally purchased.
• Exchanges for a different style (even at the same price) cannot be processed.
• Size exchanges are not valid on sale items or customised orders.
